We've Come A Long Way Since Tang

We've come a long way since Tang was one of the first products made famous by its use during space travel.

Now, a water purification system that has been developed for the space station will aid people in war-torn Iraq and areas where the tsunami left virtually all water unsafe for human consumption.

The truck mounted unit's initial cost of $29,000 is somewhat pricey for many of the affected areas but the $.03 per gallon it will cost to transform undrinkable water into potable water isn't bad at all.
